【Abstract】 Extraction processing of polyphenols was studied in tea from Meitan County as experimental material.The result showed that most polyphenols were obtained while the tea was extracted twice for 20 min each at 80℃ with 50% ethanol as solvent by the way of circumfluence.The processing was useful for comprehensive utilization of local tea.更多还原
