湄潭茶叶多酚提取工艺研究(英文)
Extraction processing of polyphenols in tea from Meitan County
【摘要】 通过单因素试验研究了贵州湄潭茶叶多酚提取工艺。结果表明茶叶多酚提取的最佳条件为:以50%乙醇溶液为提取溶剂,在80℃回流提取2次,每次回流时间为20min。该工艺可为贵州茶叶的综合利用提供科学依据。
【Abstract】 Extraction processing of polyphenols was studied in tea from Meitan County as experimental material.The result showed that most polyphenols were obtained while the tea was extracted twice for 20 min each at 80℃ with 50% ethanol as solvent by the way of circumfluence.The processing was useful for comprehensive utilization of local tea.
