掺合料和工艺条件对水泥基材料强度的影响

【摘要】 近年来掺粉煤灰水泥基材料的应用越来越广泛。文章主要研究了掺合料和工艺条件对水泥基材料强度的影响。试验结果表明,掺入的粉煤灰品质不同,对水泥基材料强度影响不同;水胶比的大小将会影响到水泥基材料的密实性等;掺粉煤灰水泥基材料前期强度增长慢,而后期较高。在配制上,可适当与减水剂和激发剂共同使用。

【Abstract】 The application of cement-based composite material for mixing fly ash in project is used widespreadly.The paper studis the influence of extender and technical conditions on strength of cement-based composite materials.The results of the test show that there is different influence on strength when quality of the fly ash is different.Magnitude of water than plastic will come into being the influence on close-grained quality etc.The compressive strength of fly ash cement-based composite materials grows slowly in the previous stage and quickly in the later stage.It can properly add the substance of reducing water and excitation when cement-based composite materials are confected.
