【摘要】 目的:观察调肝理气类药对柴胡-白芍对大鼠体内外血小板聚集作用的影响。方法:制备各中药水煎液,灌胃给药,观察柴胡-白芍对药及各单味中药对大鼠血小板聚集的影响。结果:调肝理气类药对柴胡-白芍,单味中药柴胡、白芍体内给药对大鼠血小板聚集性有显著抑制作用(P<0.01);体外给药则无明显影响。结论:柴胡、白芍及二者配伍的药对通过体内给药,具有一定的抗ADP诱导的大鼠血小板聚集作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effects of herb-pairs of qi Tiaogan Chaihu-Baishao on platelet aggregation in rat in vitro and in vivo.Methods:Preparated the decoction of Chinese medicine,the effects of Chaihu-Baishao and single herbs on rat platelet aggregation were observed after intragastric administration.Results:the rat platelet aggregation in vivo in hera-pairs of qi Tiaogan Chaihu-Baishao group and Chaihu group and Baishao group were notably refrained(P<0.01);however,there is no effects in vitro.Conclusion: Chaihu,Baishao and the herb-pairs of the two have a certain degree of anti-ADP-induced platelet aggregation in rats in vivo.更多还原
