微波消解-ICP-AES法测定太子参、粗叶悬钩子中Pb、Cd元素
Determination of Pb,Cd in Radix Pseudostellariae and Rubus aleaefolius by Microwave Digestion-ICP-AES
【摘要】 目的:测定太子参和粗叶悬钩子中的Pb、Cd元素,并比较不同前处理方法的效果。方法:采用微波消解法进行样品的前处理,以电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)进行测定。结果:方法的回收率均在95%-105%之间,符合实验的可靠性要求,RSD<3%。结论:微波消解法处理样品有相对的优越性,ICP-AES法测定样品中的重金属含量方法简便,快速省时,稳定性好。
【Abstract】 Objective To determination of Pb、Cd elements in Radix Pseudostellariae and Rubus aleaefolius Poir.by different digestion methods for sample pretreatment are investigated.The effect of medium and amount of acid are also studied.Method After the samples are pretreated by Microwave Digestion,the contents of Pb and Cd elements are determined by ICP-AES.Results The averaged recovery rate is 95%-105%.The relative standard deviation is below 3%.Conclusion This method is simple and quick with high accuracy.
