【摘要】 目的:研究甘蔗烷醇在预防高脂血症方面的药用价值。方法:采用兔复制高脂血症模型,采用甘蔗烷醇提取物预防给药,观察对模型动物甘油三酯及胆固醇的影响。结果:预防给药实验12周后,甘蔗烷醇10、5、2.5mg/kg均可非常显著降低TC、TG、LDL-C,10mg组可显著提高HDL-C。结论:甘蔗烷醇预防给药对家兔高脂血症模型具有良好的调节血脂作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose:To study effect ofsugarcane alkane alcohol on hyperlipidemia Prevention.Methods:To duplicatehyperlipidemia model with rabbits,preventively administrated sugarcane alkane alcohol,observe influence of Sugarcane Alkane Alcohol to model animals’ blood fat and cholesterol level.Result: After prophylactic administration for 12 weeks,TC,TG and LDL-C level in blood serum of hyperlipidemia markedly decreased after administered Sugarcane Alkane Alcohol by dose of 10mg/kg,5mg/kg and 7.5mg/kg,HDL-C markedly increased with 10 mg/kg.Conclusion: Sugarcane Alkane Alcohol has satisfactory pharmacologic actions on hyperlipidemia animal model by regulating blood fat and cholesterol level with prophylactic administration.更多还原
