锰硼配施对玉米抗盐能力的影响

【摘要】 对盐胁迫下生长的4种玉米进行3×3处理水平的锰硼营养配施,并测定不同处理中玉米叶片的叶绿素、丙二醛、脯氨酸含量。经分析比较表明:Mn、B营养具有明显的互作效应,且在Mn2B3(即Mn浓度0.075%,B浓度0.25%)下效果最显著,可显著提高叶绿素的含量并降低丙二醛和脯氨酸的含量。高Mn条件下(即Mn浓度0.1%),Mn、B互作效果降低,因而Mn、B要进行适量的配施,才可有效的提高玉米的抗盐胁迫的能力。

【Abstract】 The four kinds of corn that grow with salt stress are fertilized with the manganese and boron nutrition combination at 3×3 level,different contents of chlorophyll,MDA,and praline are determined.The result of analysis and comparison shows that Mn and B have obvious mutual effect,and there is the most notable effect that can significantly increase the content of chlorophyll and reduce the content of MDA and proline under the condition of Mn2B3(that is,Mn concentration of 0.075%,B concentration of 0.25%).And the interaction of Mn and B lowers under the condition of high Mn(Mn concentration of 0.1%).So,only appropriate amount of Mn and B combination is used,can the salt-resistant capacity of corn be effectively improved.
