高效液相色谱法测定双黄连片中连翘苷含量

【摘要】 目的:探讨双黄连片中连翘苷含量的测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法,以Diamonsil C18为色谱柱,乙腈-水(25:75)为流动相,检测波长为277nm,流速1.0ml/min,以外标法按峰面积计算。结果:连翘苷进样量在10.25～205μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.9999),该法平均回收率为100.72%,RSD=0.79%。结论:该法简便、易行、准确,可用于双黄连片中连翘苷的含量测定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To develop a method for determination of forsythin in Shuanghuanglian tablet。Methods:HPLC method was selected to determine the content.The analysis column is C18 of Diamonsil.The mobile phase is acetonitrile-water (25:75).The detection wavelength is 277nm.The flowing rate is1.0ml/min.Results: The method was linear in the rang of 10.25～205μg,r=0.9999.The average recoveries was102.2%.Conclusion: The method is simple, reliable and accuratea.Can be used for the determination of Shuanghuanglian Tablet.更多还原
