复合菌固态发酵高蛋白饲料添加剂条件的优化

【摘要】 以黑曲霉菌、产朊假丝酵母和枯草芽孢杆菌为出发菌株,通过对固体发酵工艺条件和培养基优化的研究,获得了一条优化后的复合菌固态发酵高蛋白饲料添加剂生产工艺。研究表明以黑曲霉菌、产朊假丝酵母和枯草芽孢杆菌接入固体比例为4∶3∶3,固体接种量50%,发酵温度30℃~32℃,含水量50%,发酵初始pH 4.6左右,发酵时间50h为发酵条件,以豆饼粉85%,(NH4)2SO40.8%,KH2PO40.2%,麸皮15%,硫酸铜和硫酸锰分别加入0.8‰为固体培养基,所产酸性蛋白酶活力最高为15426u/g,而获得最大酵母菌菌数为35亿,小肽含量为12.86%,粗蛋白含量为52.32%的高蛋白饲料添加剂。

【Abstract】 To black Aspergillus and Candida yeast and Bacillus subtilis as the starting strain,through the fermentation process to solid conditions and optimization of the medium,it was an optimization to a composite of solid state fermentation of high protein feed additive production process.Research shows that a black Aspergillus and Candida yeast and Bacillus subtilis access solid ratio of 4:3:3,solid vaccination of 50 %,the fermentation temperature 30℃~32 ℃,water content of 50%,the initial fermentation pH 4.6 About 50h fermentation time for fermentation conditions,Soybean powder to 85%,(NH4)2SO4 0.8%,KH2 PO4 0.2%,wheat bran 15%,copper sulfate and manganese sulfate respectively 0.8 ‰ to solid medium,it produced by a maximum of protease activity 15426 u / g,while it got the maximum number of yeast to 3.5 billion,small peptide content of 12.86 %,the crude protein content of 52.32 % of the high protein feed additive.
