【摘要】 ①目的探讨普胃丸及水醇提取物对实验性胃溃疡的疗效。②方法采用大鼠水浸应激型、醋酸灼烧型胃溃疡模型,观察普胃丸与其水醇加水提物对胃溃疡治疗作用。③结果与模型组相比,普胃丸及其水醇加水提取物均能降低大鼠胃溃疡指数或减少溃疡面积,抑制溃疡的形成;且水提物溃疡抑制率最高。④结论普胃丸水提物抗实验性胃溃疡药效最佳。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the treatment effect of Puwei pill and its water or alcohol extracts on experimental gastric ulcer.Methods The rat’s gastric ulcer models were induced by irritabal stimulus and acetic acid respectively.The treatment effects of Puwei pill and its water or alcohol extracts were observed.Results Compared with the model group,the ulcer area or gastric ulcer index were reduced and the formation of ulcers was inhibited by Puwei pill and its water or alcohol extracts,and the inhibition rate of ulcer was the highest in its water extracts.Conclusion It was best of extracts from water of Puwei pill to resist experimental gastric ulcer.更多还原
