柴油机进气防爆单元的计算流体动力学分析

【摘要】 为改善某增压中冷柴油机防爆单元的流通特性,对进气防爆单元的流场进行了三维流体动力学数值模拟,得到了标定工况下防爆单元内部详细的流场信息.通过流场分析,找到了原防爆单元设计不合理的部位,并据此对原防爆单元进行了改进设计.防爆单元改进前后的计算流体动力学(CFD)对比分析及试验研究表明,改进后防爆单元的流通特性得到明显改善.

【Abstract】 To improve the flameproof unit’s flowability of diesel’s inlet system,the three-dimensional computational fluid dynamics of the flow field of flameproof unit was simulated,by which the detailed information of the flow field in the flameproof unit was obtained in the rated operating condition. Through the flow field simulation,the unreasonable part in the original flameproof unit was discovered,and the structure of the flameproof unit’s was improved. By contrasting the results of the primary and the improved structure through both computational fluid dynamics ( CFD) analysis and testing investigation,it is shown that the flowability of the improved flameproof unit are improved obviously.
