煤尘润湿动力学模型的研究
Study on the dynamic model of wetting coal dust
【摘要】 在分析液体润湿煤尘机制的基础上建立了液体润湿煤尘的动力学模型,提出了用于表征液体在煤尘表面润湿能力的润湿因子K,并利用几种不同的表面活性剂对煤尘接触角的动力学数据进行验证.结果表明:拟合的相关系数均大于0.978,该润湿模型用来描述润湿剂在煤尘上的润湿动力学过程具有较好的效果.
【Abstract】 Analyzed the mechanism of liquid wetting coal dust and established a dynamic model of liquid wetting coal dust,a wettability characterization factor K was put forward for the liquid-coal interface by analyzing this model,the dynamics contact angle dates of several different surfactants wetting coal dust was verified.The results show that the fitting correlation coefficients are larger than 0.978 and have good effect.
