Na,K添加量对超细煤粉燃烧特性的影响

【摘要】 利用热天平,通过对不同Na,K含量脱灰煤粉样品燃烧特性曲线的分析,研究了Na,K含量对铁法超细脱灰煤粉燃烧特性的影响.实验结果表明:Na,K对超细脱灰煤粉的燃烧具有明显的促进作用,不同Na,K含量脱灰样品的TG,DTG曲线均在原煤的下方,随Na,K含量的增加,脱灰样品的着火温度降低,达到最大失重速率的温度降低,对样品500℃时的燃尽率也有明显提高.因此,可以认为Na,K对挥发分的析出、着火以及固定碳的燃烧都具有催化作用,但过量的Na严重抑制煤粉的燃烧.

【Abstract】 Effects of Na and K addition amounts on micro-pulverized coal combustion was studied on a non-isothermal thermogravimetry,which is based on the analysis of combustion characteristic curves.The results show that Na and K improve obviously the combustion of demineralized coal.The TG and DTG curves of demineralized coal with Na and K are below the curves of the raw coal.With the increase of contents of Na and K,the ignition temperature and the temperature of maximum weight loss velocity reduce,while the burnout rate of sample increase.Therefore,Na and K has catalysis on the volatile devolatilization,ignition and combustion of fixed carbon,however,excess Na inhibites coal combustion.
