利用水合原理分离矿井瓦斯实验
Experimental on mine gas separation based on hydration mechanism
【摘要】 提出了利用水合原理分离矿井瓦斯的新方法,利用自制高压可视化实验装置研究了4种瓦斯气样、3种试剂构成的12个反应体系中瓦斯水合化分离热力学参数变化规律及其CH4分离提纯浓度.获得了4种配比瓦斯气样水合化分离热力学参数和3个反应体系中水合化分离前后水合分离器中气相组分色谱分析结果.研究发现:57.899%浓度的Ⅰ型气样和34.130%浓度的Ⅳ型气样经过一级水合化分离后CH4提纯浓度可以分别达到77.217%~88.133%,66.385%;添加剂THF对水合化分离热力学条件改善和分离效果提高作用明显.
【Abstract】 A new method was presented for mine gas separation based on hydration mechanism.Twelve reaction systems composed of four types of gas sample and three types of reagent were experimented on using self-developed visual experimental apparatus to investigate the following contents: ① variation rule of thermodynamic parameters in mine gas separation process based on hydration technology;② the separation and purification concentration of CH4.The following results were obtained: thermodynamic parameters of four kinds of different ratio gas sample in separation process and the chromatographic analysis results of gas components in the separation container before and after separation of three reaction systems.Major findings from the experiments are as follows: ① for type-I gas sample with concentration of 57.899% and type-IV gas sample with CH4 concentration of 34.130%,after the first separation stage,the purification concentration of CH4 can attain to 77.217%~88.133% and 66.385%,respectively;② THF has a notable effect on improving the thermodynamic conditions of gas hydration and the separation efficiency.
