受限空间可燃性气体爆炸特性的对比

【摘要】 以可燃性气体CH4为研究对象,在实验室对比研究了容器因素、初始湍流对CH4爆炸极限的影响,气体浓度及湍流对CH4爆炸特性的影响.实验结果表明:CH4爆炸极限与诸多因素有关,随容器扩展性的增大,爆炸极限会增宽;初始湍流亦使CH4爆炸极限增宽;CH4爆炸的最佳浓度为11%,在此浓度下CH4爆炸的最大爆炸压力、最大压力上升速率达最大值,到达最大爆炸压力的时间达最小值;在同一浓度下,CH4预混湍流爆炸比静止无湍流爆炸时的最大爆炸压力、最大压力上升速率大,到达最大爆炸压力的时间短.

【Abstract】 Taken the methane gas as the research object,and studied the influence of container factor,initial turbulence on explosion limit and the influence of gas density,turbulence on explosion characteristics.The experimental results show that the explosion limit of CH4 relates to many factors.The explosion limit of CH4 enlarges with the increase of the container expansibility.Initial turbulence also makes the CH4 explosion limit enlarge.The best density of CH4 explosion is 11%,under which maximum explosion pressure and maximum rate of pressure rise extended to maximum,the time of reaching maximum pressure is minimum.Under the same gas density,the maximum pressure and maximum rate of pressure rise of premixed turbulent methane-air mixtures are higher than premixed static methane-air mixtures;the time of reaching maximum pressure of premixed turbulent methane-air mixtures is shorter than premixed static methane-air mixtures.
