基于数字图像处理技术的煤层瓦斯渗流过程数值模拟
Numerical simulation on gas flow through coal seam based on digital image-based technique
【摘要】 在考虑克林肯伯格(Klinkenberg)效应、瓦斯解吸效应以及煤层压缩性对于煤层渗透性影响的基础上,提出煤层瓦斯运移的气-固耦合方程.利用基于数字图像的技术进行煤体非均匀结构特征的数值表征,通过数值分析研究了煤层内部结构对于瓦斯运移规律的影响,探讨煤层孔隙结构的非均匀性对于瓦斯运移过程的控制机制.研究表明,基于数字图像的技术是进行煤体的非均匀性表征的一个手段;克林肯伯格(Klinkenberg)效应、瓦斯解吸效应和煤层的骨架受力变形都是控制瓦斯运移的重要因素.
【Abstract】 By considering the effect of Klinkenberg effect as well as the absorption and desorption process on the gas permeability,a gas-solid coupled equation of gas flow was proposed.The gas flow in coal specimen was numerically studied when the digital image-based technique was employed to characterize the heterogeneity of the coal seam,and the associated mechanism governing complex gas flow due to heterogeneous structural characteristics of coal seam was clarified.The numerical results indicate that the digital image-based technique is an effective tool for characterizing the heterogeneity of porous media,and the Klinkenberg effect,together with the gas desorption and deformation of coal seam have a significant effect on the gas flow through coal seam.
