急倾斜俯伪斜上保护层开采的卸压瓦斯抽采优化设计

【摘要】 为有效抽采东林煤矿急倾斜俯伪斜上保护层开采的卸压瓦斯,对该矿俯伪斜上保护层开采的卸压瓦斯抽采优化设计进行了研究,采用俯伪斜上保护层开采的数值模拟与现场考察试验相结合的方法,研究了东林煤矿俯伪斜上保护层开采后被保护层的卸压规律;利用保护层开采的"卸压增透效应",结合该矿实际条件,优化设计了俯伪斜上保护层开采的卸压瓦斯抽采参数.研究结果表明:东林煤矿俯伪斜上保护层开采的卸压瓦斯抽采参数按照抽采钻场间距30~40 m、钻孔的有效抽采半径9 m、抽采钻孔的终孔间距15~20 m、抽采钻孔仰角10~62°和抽采时间为从保护层工作面前方40 m到后方135 m等进行设计是合理的,且使卸压瓦斯平均抽采率达到50%.

【Abstract】 An investigation of the optimization designing on extracting pressure-relief gas of up-protective layer with pitching oblique mining was carried out to extract effectively the pressure-relief gas of up-protective layer in the Donglin coal mine.The pressure-relief law of protected layer after mining up-protective layer with pitching oblique mining was investigated numerically and experimentally.Optimization design on pressure-relief gas extracting characters of up-protective layer with pitching oblique mining were studied by utilizing the effect "pressure-relief to strengthen permeability" and integrating with mineral practical conditions.The results show that it is reasonable to design pressure-relief gas extracting characters of up-protective layer in the Donglin coal mine in accordance with extracting bore-fields space at 30~40 m,extracting radius of bore at 9 m,extracting bores space at 15~20 m,extracting bore elevation at 10~62° and extracting times at from 40 m ahead to 135 m behind working face of protective layer,and the average extracting rate of pressure-relief gas reach to 50%.
