高瓦斯综采面水力压挤瓦斯防治技术

【摘要】 为了降低高瓦斯采煤工作面割煤时的瓦斯涌出强度,消除工作面瓦斯经常超限对生产的影响,采用水力压挤技术措施,即利用检修班时间在采煤工作面前方煤体中打一定深度的钻孔,通过向煤体中高压注水将煤体压裂松动到一定程度,使煤体中的吸附瓦斯得以解吸释放。在张集煤矿17228综采工作面进行的工业性试验结果表明:水力压挤技术措施挤排出的绝对瓦斯量达到了3.5m3/min,有效地降低了该面的瓦斯超限次数。

【Abstract】 In order to reduce the gas emission intensity during the coal cutting in the high gassy coal mining face and to eliminate the gas content over the limits in the coal mining face,the hydraulic pressing and pushing technical measure was applied and that was to say that boreholes with certain depth were made in the front coal body of the coal mining face during the equipment maintenance shift,the medium and high pressure water injection were made into coal seam to crack and release the coal body in certain degree and to desorb and release the gas in the coal body.The industrial trial results conducted in the 17228 fully mechanized coal mining face of Zhangji Mine showed that the hydraulic pressing and pushing technical measure could push and release the absolute gas value up to 3.5 m3/min and could effectively reduce the number of the gas content over limits of the coal mining face.
