干煤粉加压气流床气化炉炉型分析

【摘要】 在分析国内外先进干煤粉气流床气化炉的结构特点基础上,按气化炉的进料位置和进料方式,将干煤粉气流床气化炉分为上置单喷嘴下喷式、下置多喷嘴对撞喷入式和下置多喷嘴切圆喷入式3种炉型;并着重选择每一种炉型的典型气化炉,逐一对各代表炉型的流场特性、气化反应过程的组织和温度分布以及其优缺点等情况进行了详细分析,以期对新型气化炉的研发提供参考。

【Abstract】 Based on comprehensive analysis of structural characteristics of entrained flow bed gasifiers at home and abroad,current dry feed pressurized entrained flow bed gasifiers were classified into three kinds according to their feed position and feed way of gasifiers: overhead single nozzle reversed flow jet,underlying multi-nozzle opposed flow jet and underlying multi-nozzle tangential flow jet.A representative gasifier of each kind was chose,and its flow field characteristics,gasification reaction mechanism and temperature distributing inside the gasifier,merit and demerit have also been illustrated in detail,so as to provide the reference for the design of new gasifier.
