东欢坨矿过高承压水宽断层破碎带的施工工艺
Construction Technology to Pass Through Broken Zone of Wide Fault with High Pressurized Water in Donghuantuo Mine
【摘要】 为了在煤矿生产施工过程中顺利通过具有复杂水文地质条件的断层,利用管棚施工技术和工艺,顺利穿越了影响东欢坨矿井生产区域布置的高承压水宽破碎带的F2断层,保证了-230 m水平回风巷和-500 m水平北二运输大巷的施工进度。工程实践表明:管棚段和架棚支护段在监测时间内顶底板移近量及两帮移近量均非常小,两帮最大移近量为7 mm左右,顶底板最大移近量为3mm左右;管棚管能够起到梁和钢筋龙骨的作用,大幅增加了管棚注浆支护的强度。
【Abstract】 In order to successfully pass through the fault with complicated geological conditions during the mine production and construction process,the tube shield construction technology and technique were applied to successfully pass through the wide broken zone with high pressurized water affected to the layout of Donghuantuo Mine production blocks to ensure the construction schedules of the-230 m level air return roadway and the-500 m level north No.2 transportation roadway.The construction project practices showed that in the tube shield section and the square support section,the roof and floor convergence and the two side walls convergence both were very small during the monitoring and measuring period.The max convergence between the two side walls was about 7 mm and the max convergence between the roof and floor was about 3 mm.The tube shield could have the function of the beam and reinforced main bone and could highly improve the strength of the tube shield and grouting support.
