走向煤柱对近距离煤层大采高综采面矿压影响
Strike Coal Pillar Affected to Strata Pressure of Fully Mechanized Longwall Mining Face with High Cutting Height in Closed Distance Seam
【摘要】 为了掌握走向煤柱对近距离煤层6.3 m采高综采面矿压的影响规律,基于补连塔煤矿32301工作面矿压实测结果,从覆岩结构变化的角度对煤柱作用机理进行了分析。结果表明,走向煤柱区域下初次来压和周期来压步距为39和19 m,均大于上煤层采空区下的初次来压和周期来压步距32和17 m。在上煤层采空区域下,周期来压阶段支架平均载荷比初次来压大4%,动载系数大11.7%,差异明显,而走向煤柱区域下差异均很小。下煤层开采时上覆岩层中是否仍存在完好的承载结构是导致来压步距、支架载荷和动载系数出现差异的主要原因。
【Abstract】 In order to master the influence law of the strike left coal pillar to the strata behavior of the 6.3 m cutting height fully mechanized longwall face in a closed distance seam,base on the strata behavior site measurement results of the No.32301 coal mining face in Bulianta Mine,the paper analyzed the coal pillar function mechanism from the point of the over strata structural variation.The results showed that the primary pressurization distance and the periodical pressurization distance in the left coal pillar area would be 39 m and 19 m individually,which were longer than the primary pressurization distance and the periodical pressurization distance being 32 m and 17 m in the goaf area.In the goaf area,the average loading ratio of the hydraulic powered supports in the periodical pressurization stage would be 4% higher than the primary pressurization and the dynamic loading coefficient would be 11.7% higher than the primary pressurization.The pressurization difference between the mining area and the goaf area were obvious and the pressurization difference in the left coal pillar area were lower.In the next bellow seam mining,the well and completed loading structure to be kept in the strata above the roof would be main reasons to have different pressurization distances,support loading and dynamic loading coefficients.
