【摘要】 根据棋盘井选煤厂、临涣选煤厂所应用的3GDMC大型无压给料三产品重介质旋流器分选下限已达0.25mm的情况,分析了在此工艺条件下是否需要单设粗煤泥分选工艺、介耗高低、工艺流程是否简化和煤泥水处理量大小等问题,提出在一般情况下没有必要进行选前预先脱泥的看法。更多还原

【Abstract】 In view of the lowest particle size of effective separation being already down to 0.25mm by the 3GDMA HM cyclone with un-pressurized feeding operated at Qipanshan and Linhuan Coal Preparation Plants,an analysis taken on whether or not an individual process for coarse slime separation be needed in regard of medium consumption,process simplicity and treatment capacity;given was an opinion that,generally,de-sliming of feed for HM cyclone is not necessary.更多还原
