【摘要】 目的:探讨鼻腔黏膜术后创面外敷重组人表皮生长因子(rhEGF)对其恢复有无促进作用。方法:设立治疗组和对照组,治疗组术后给予创面涂抹rhEGF,48小时后抽除鼻腔凡士林纱条并每日涂沫rhEGF一次至痊愈,对照组观察其自然愈合情况。结果:治疗组在术后第7天、第10天、第14天鼻腔黏膜完全修复治愈的鼻腔个数明显高于对照组,其P<0.05,且无1例并发鼻中隔穿孔及鼻腔粘连。结论:rhEGF对鼻腔黏膜术后的修复有明显的促进作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discussing the effects of rhEGF(recombinant human epidermal growth factor)on post surgical nasal mucosal.Methods The control group was observed in prosess of natural curing.The treatment group was coated with rhEGF and drawn out vaselinum ribbon gause in the third day.Results The number of cure cases was obviously more in the treated group than the controlled group in 7th day,10th day and 14th days,(P <0.05).
