【摘要】 目的:探讨面颈部大面积瘢痕的理想修复方法方法:利用胸三角皮瓣扩张形成薄皮瓣修复瘢痕创面,手术分两期,第一期于胸三角皮瓣深筋膜浅层剥离放置300～800ml皮肤软组织扩张器。充分扩张及维持2个月左右。第二期取出扩张器形成扩张薄皮瓣。切除面颈部瘢痕,皮瓣转移修复创面。结果:所有皮瓣成活良好,后期皮瓣色泽与面部周围皮肤无明显差异,皮瓣质地柔软,无明显回缩,无臃肿,面颈部形态美观。结论:利用胸三角扩张薄皮瓣修复面颈部较大面积瘢痕是效果较理想的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate a advantageous methods to repair the scar in the faciocervical region.Methods 29 cases of patients with extensive scar in the face or cervical were included.300～800ml volume expanders were inserted into the subcutaneous pockets in the delto-pectoral zone and were inflated by fast expansion model.Two months later,the flaps were prefabricated,thinned and transplanted.After scars were resected,all the wounds were repaired by the expansion super thin flap.Results Most transfer flap had good blood supply,and the color and texture of the flaps match the recipient place well.the donor wounds suture straightly and heal well.all achieved satisfactory functional and aesthetic results.Conclusion The method has been proved to have many advantages and be safe,effective and relatively easy for clinical application更多还原
