【摘要】 目的:探讨腋窝大汗腺层剪除术治疗腋臭的有效方法及疗效。方法:回顾临床220例腋臭大汗腺层剪除手术治疗效果,并对10例腋臭区皮肤行术前和术后病理学检查,以明确手术去除大汗腺的范围和层次。结果:随访1年,接受本方法治疗的患者腋区异味均消失或不明显。病理学观察:大汗腺层剪除术的手术范围应为腋毛分布区;手术层次在全层皮下方和皮下脂肪浅层之间,即可去除大汗腺,达到治疗目的。结论:腋窝大汗腺层剪除手术可去除大汗腺,达到治疗腋臭的目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effective method and efficacy of treating the bromhidrosis by operation of apocrine sweat glands layer cut off.Methods Review of 220 cases of bromhidrosis treated by apocrine sweat glands layer cut off,in which 10 cases did preoperative and postoperative histopathologic examination to determine the scope and level of operations to remove apocrine sweat glands.Results Followed up for one year,the smell of bromhidrosis patients accepted this surgery have disappeared or reduced obviously.Pathology observation: scope of surgery should be axillary hairs area and between the full-thickness shin and the shallow of subcutaneous fat be the operation level which can remove big sweat glands and achieve therapeutic purposes.Conclusions The apocrine layer cut off surgery can remove big sweat glands and achieve the purpose of treating bromhidrosis.更多还原
