【摘要】 文章介绍了一种基于W79E834的磁力启动器智能保护装置的设计方案,详细阐述了该装置硬件、软件设计及其保护功能的实现。该装置具有短路、过流、断相、漏电闭锁等保护功能和电能计量功能。装置已在某煤矿实际运行,现场运行结果表明,该装置克服了煤矿现有模拟保护装置精度不高、易失效和无法进行电度计量等问题,实现了小型隔爆开关的智能化和数字化。

【Abstract】 The paper introduced a design scheme of intelligent protection device of magnetic starter based on W79E834,expounded design of hardware and software,implementation of protection function of the device.The device has protection functions such as short circuit,over-current,phase failure,earth leakage lockout and energy metering.The device has run in some coal mine and its result of field running showed that the device solves many problems existing in the simulation protection devices of coal mine,such as low precision,easy to fail and no energy metering,and so on,which realizes intellectualization and digitization of small flame-proof switch.
