ZSM-5分子筛填充硅橡胶膜在乙醇/水体系中的溶胀特性
Swelling characteristics of zeolite filled polydimethysiloxane membrane dipped in ethanol-water solution
【摘要】 采用液相共混的方法制备了ZSM-5分子筛填充硅橡胶膜,并通过其在乙醇/水溶液中的溶胀实验,考察了制得的填充膜在乙醇/水溶液中的溶胀特性,讨论了不同ZSM-5分子筛填充量、乙醇/水质量分数及不同温度等因素对ZSM-5分子筛填充硅橡胶膜的溶胀度和溶胀选择因子的影响.
【Abstract】 Polydimethysiloxane(PDMS) membranes filled with ZMS-5 zeolite were prepared by solution blending method.The swelling characteristics of the zeolite filled PDMS membranes dipped in ethanol-water solutions were investigated by a series of experiments.The effects of the filled content of ZSM-5 zeolit,the ratio of ethanol-water,and temperature on swelling ratios(SR) and swelling selectivity factors(αs) of the ZMS-5 zeolite filled PDMS membranes were discussed.
