发酵液中三油酸甘油酯污染超滤膜的清洗研究
Cleaning method for ultrafitration membrane fouled by glycerol trioleate in fermentation solution
【摘要】 为解决发酵液的超滤过程中,超滤膜通量随着使用时间延长急剧下降的问题,通过加入亚硫酸氢钠,改变三油酸甘油酯性质,然后再加入EDTA+NaOH+SDS联合清洗,通量恢复率为93.68%.改进了传统的洗涤方法,提高了生产效率、降低了生产成本.
【Abstract】 To solve the rapid decline of flux in the process of fermentation solution ultrafiltration, sodium bisulphite was applied to change the property of glycerol trioleate on membrane, and then the membrane was cleaned with EDTA+NAOH+SDS, the flux recovery is up to 93.68%,comparing the 9%~16% flux recovery for traditional cleaning method. The production efficiency increased and the production cost decreased.
