煤泥管道输送压力损失特性的试验研究

【摘要】 针对高浓度膏体状煤泥管道输送流动规律不确定的现状,进行了工业级循环管道输送试验,对浓度为75%煤泥的管道输送特性进行了研究。试验发现,煤泥在管道中呈结构柱塞形式运动,管道输送阻力比传统浆体管道输送阻力大1~2个数量级。管线压力沿管道近似呈线性分布,单位长度输送摩阻与平均流速成正比例关系。

【Abstract】 According to the uncertain status of the flow law for the high density paste coal slurry pipeline transportation,a industrial circulated pipeline transportation test was conducted and the study on the transportation features of the pipeline with 75 % density coal slurry was conducted.The experiment found that the coal slurry in the pipeline was in structural piston movement and the resistance in the pipeline transportation was 1-2 order higher than the resistance of the conventional slurry pipeline transportation.The pipeline pressure could be approximately in a linear distribution along the pipeline.The transportation friction and resistance per unit length was proportional to the average flow velocity.
