煤矿风机变频调速与远程数据监控系统的研究与设计

【摘要】 为提高矿井通风的自动化、信息化和数字化水平,使用PLC控制系统对通风机进行变频改造,文章介绍了PLC的模块组成,推导了压力求解流量的计算公式,应用FC301变频器和软起动器双重保证系统安全运行。实际运行情况证明该系统节能效果显著,提高了管理水平和效率。

【Abstract】 In order to improve the automation,information and digitalization level of the mine ventilation,the PLC control system was applied to have the frequency conversion reconstruction of the mine ventilation.The paper introduced the module composition of the PLC and derived the calculation formula of the flow with pressure.The application of the FC301 frequency converter and the soft starter could doubly ensure the system in a safety and reliable operation.The actual operation conditions showed that the energy saving results of the system was obvious and could improve the management level and efficiency.
