基于Inventor齿轮减速器零部件的装配关联设计
Design Research of Gear Speed Reducer Assembly Connection Based on Inventor
【摘要】 减速器需求量大、产品更新换代快。为了数控加工、结构展示和应力及运动分析等的需要,必须对减速器进行三维建模设计。根据齿轮减速器的装配连接结构特点,采用AutodeskInventor的基于装配的关联设计功能,能比较方便快捷地生成齿轮减速器中的有关零部件,从而能提高齿轮减速器三维建模的设计效率。该研究对创建复杂的、多层次的装配体具有指导意义。
【Abstract】 The demand of speed reducer is big,and the product renewal cycle is short.In order to do numerical control processing,structure demonstration,stress and the movement analysis,must apply three dimensional modeling design to the speed reducer.According to gear speed reducer assembly connection feature,one can use Autodesk Inventor based on the assembly connection design function,quickly and conveniently produce gear speed reducer related model,thus enhance the designing productivity.The research provides a guideline to the design of complex,the multi-level assembly bodies.
