数字图像处理在输送带撕裂视觉检测中的应用
Application of Digital Image Process in Belt Longitudinal Rip Vision Detection
【摘要】 针对煤炭生产中输送带易于产生纵向撕裂的背景,构建了基于数字图像处理和机器视觉技术的输送带撕裂检测系统。将数字图像处理技术应用于输送带撕裂的裂纹边缘信息的检测,对采集的裂纹图像进行预处理、边缘检测以及特征抽取。该方法具有实时动态显示输送带状况的优点,识别精度高。
【Abstract】 Longitudinal rip detection system is constructed based on processing technology of digital image and visual technology of machine,which is aimed at the background of easy longitudinal rip in the conveyor belt.Applies digital image processing technology to belt longitudinal rip inspecting the edge of the crack detection information and carry out image preprocessing,edge detection and feature extraction on the acquisition of the crack image.The method has the advantages of real-time dynamic display to the belt situation,identification and high accuracy.
