【摘要】 依据机械装配工艺基本原理,研究卧式车床前、后顶尖等高精度要求的保证方法。在分析互换法、选配法、修配法和调整法等装配方法特点的基础上,采用修配法进行装配,建立装配尺寸链,并计算相关尺寸及偏差,能显著提高生产率,降低生产成本,确保前、后顶尖等高度的装配精度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Research a method of the required precision for the fore-and-aft center of the horizontal lathe,based on the basic principles of mechanical assembling process.based on the analytic exchanging method,trial and error procedure,repair method adjustment method and other assembly method,we used repair method to fit together,to establish the fitting dimension chain,to calculate correlative dimension and error,sequentially production rate was raised,and the required precision for the fore-and-aft was guaranteed.更多还原
