双斗轮混匀取料机驱动系统的改进

【摘要】 双斗轮混匀取料机是钢铁厂原料区域重要的大型设备之一,其斗轮驱动装置存在设备故障率高和可靠性低的特点,针对这一问题对斗轮驱动系统进行了研究分析与改进,采用变频器与PLC控制器搭配控制斗轮驱动系统,避免启动时的3~6倍额定电流冲击,实现斗轮驱动系统的平稳启动。现场实验表明,改进后的驱动系统更加平稳。

【Abstract】 The double bucket-wheels reclaimer is an important equipment for the raw material field in the iron and steel factions.It’s a characteristic that the original drive system has high breakdown rate and low reliability.In view of this situation carry on a research analysis and improvement to the bucket-wheel drive system.To control the bucket-wheel drive system with the use of frequency converter and PLC,through the control of frequency converter,to make the starting process of bucket-wheel stabilize,avoiding the big electric current impact and machine impact of the start process. Combine the production of the spot actual,to analyses and optimize the PLC control,achieving the double bucket-wheel reclaimer automatic control system rational and orderly.It is proved that the control system is more stable after improvement.
