正前角齿轮滚刀的齿形设计和精度分析
Profile Design and Accuracy Analysis on Gear Hob of Front Rake Angle
【摘要】 在加工渐开线齿轮的滚刀造形原理基础上,通过解析计算,总结出只有采用最佳分度圆前角设计正前角齿轮滚刀,才能有最小的造形误差,常见的选用顶刃前角为7°的滚刀不能满足高精度齿轮加工要求。
【Abstract】 According to the shaping principle of the hob machining evolvent gear,that only when best front rake positive angle of indexing circle is adopted,the shaping error is minimum is given by calculating.7°addendum angle of gear hob is generally adopted,it can’t meet the higher criterion.
