齿轮转动惯量对行星齿轮流量计动态特性的影响
Influence on Planetary Gear Flowmeter Dynamic Characteristics of Gear Rotary Inertia
【摘要】 设计了一种新型结构的齿轮流量计,建立了流量计的数学模型,得到其传递函数。为流量计的中心轮、径向轮、内齿轮分别选择不同材料,得到了流量计对应的系统转动惯量。保持泄漏系数和阻尼不变,研究转动惯量对流量计动态特性的影响。结果表明,随着流量计系统转动惯量的减小,其频率升高。
【Abstract】 A new type gear flowmeter was designed.The mathematical model has been established and transfer function derived.After choosing different materials for center wheel,radial wheel,inner gear,rotary inertias of planetary gear flowmeter have been calculated.To study the movement inertia impact on dynamic characteristics of flowmeter,keep leakage coefficient and damping unchanged.The result shows that as rotary inertia reduce,the frequency of the gear flowmeter is increased.
