基于ADAMS的泥浆泵曲柄连杆机构动态仿真分析
Dynamic Simulation Analysis of Crack-connecting Rod of Mud Pump Based on ADAMS
【摘要】 在分析泥浆泵曲柄连杆机构的结构和受力的基础上,运用Pro/E软件对泥浆泵曲柄连杆机构进行三维实体建模及装配,并将模型导入虚拟样机分析软件ADAMS中。利用多体系统动力学理论,在ADAMS中给模型施加约束和驱动,对其进行运动学仿真分析,得出活塞的位移、速度和加速度曲线,验证了模型的可用性,实现了泥浆泵曲柄连杆机构的虚拟样机设计。
【Abstract】 Using Pro/E to make the 3D solid model and assembly of crack-connecting rod of mud pump,importing the model into virtual prototyping software-ADAMS.Base on system dynamics theory.Using ADAMS to add restriction and driver in the model,dynamically simulating it,elicitation of the varying curves with time of piston distance,velocity and acceleration,validation of the model availability,realization of the virtual prototyping design of crack-connecting rod of mud pump.
