齿轮副安装位置误差对接触点特性综合影响的定量评价

【摘要】 由齿轮啮合方程对安装位置参数的全微分,推导齿面接触点位置误差对齿轮副安装误差的线性方程组,将接触点位置误差对齿轮副安装误差敏感性问题,归结为线性方程组的奇异性问题,首次提出用该线性方程组系数矩阵的条件数,作为评价齿轮副安装误差对接触点位置误差综合影响的定量指标。

【Abstract】 A linear equations related to the position errors of the contact point on the tooth surface and the mounting errors was derived from calculating total differential of equations of meshing.The sensitivity of gears mounting errors to contact point position errors was studied by means of the singularity of the linear equations.The condition number of the resultant matrixes is used to evaluate the integrated effect of gear mounting errors to contact point position errors.The developed method was illustrated with numerical examples
