【摘要】 针对刮板链条输送机在拆链、接链过程中遇到的问题,设计了一种新型的链条拆装设备。重点介绍了链条拆装机的工作原理、结构特点和主要技术参数,从力学角度论述了链条拆装机的安全性和可行性。经过现场试验和实践证明,该设备具有重量轻、可靠性高、安全性能好等突出优点,有效解决了长期困扰刮板输送机拆接链条过程中存在的问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aiming at the problem of scraper conveyor tight chain,a kind of scraper conveyor tight chain device in coal mine’s was studied.Introduces the principle and structures,the parameters were also obtained.From the mechanical point of view,the safety and reliability of scraper conveyor tight chain was described.Through industrial test in coal mine,it is shows that the research on scraper conveyor tight chain was viable in theory and technology and it is convenient to use,high productivity and with obvious economic benefit.更多还原
