液压支架四连杆机构优化设计及运动仿真
Optimal Design of Four-bar Mechanism in Hydraulic Support
【摘要】 液压支架的性能与其四连杆机构结构参数的设计有密切关系。以支架升降架时顶梁前端点与煤壁距离的变化量最小为目标,以最小二乘法作为核心算法,通过计算机优选法进行液压支架四连杆机构结构参数的优化设计,并通过ADAMS仿真软件建立液压支架的简化模型对其进行运动仿真,获得了较理想的结果。
【Abstract】 The performance of hydraulic powered support is closely related to the design quality of four-bar mechanism.The optimal synthesis of a four-bar mechanism was discussed and the objective is to determine the optimal values of the mechanism link lengths,to minimize the variation of the distannce between the front-end of the top beam and the coal.The procedure uses the method of least squares as a core algorithm.A dynamic simulation was made in ADAMS and the result was relatively perfect.
