数控车床床身静动态优化设计研究
Static and Dynamic Analysis and Optimization of CNC Lathe Bed
【摘要】 针对NC40数控车床的结构特点,对床身结构进行了设计并在Pro/ENGINEER中建立了三维模型,利用Pro/MECHANICA对模型进行静动态分析,给出了受力、变形云图、床身的前4阶固有频率和相应振型,并指出床身设计过于保守需要优化,床头箱是床身的薄弱环节。最后进行了灵敏度优化、强度优化和减重优化,优化后床头箱强度增加,总重减少了31.002 kg,为实现车床床身的有限元分析和优化设计提供了可借鉴的方法。
【Abstract】 According to the structural characteristics of NC40 CNC lathes,we design bed structure and establish the three-dimensional model by Pro/ENGINEER.Then,static and dynamic analysis of the model is done by Pro/MECHANICA,including force,deformation cloud,the first four natural bands and the corresponding frequency of vibration mode of the bed.The analysis shows the design is too conservative and that bedside the weak part.So implementation optimization of sensitivity,strength and weight loss,after which bedside strength is enhanced and total weight is reduced 31.002 kg.The research provides a useful method for the finite element analysis and optimization of design of lathe bed.
