20MN液压支架试验台同步升降控制系统建模研究
Research on the Modeling of Synchronous Lift Control System for 20 MN Hydraulic Support Test-bed
【摘要】 由于各执行元件泄漏、负载和性能的差异及制造误差,多执行机构会产生同步误差。结合比例伺服阀的特点,建立非对称动力机构的数学模型,并对比例伺服阀进行建模分析,最终建立阀控四缸同步控制系统的数学模型。
【Abstract】 Due to the difference of leakage,load and characteristics of actuators,and error in manufacture,the synchronization error is inevitable in multi-actuators’ movement.Establishes the mathematical model of asymmetrical actuators with considering characteristic of proportional servo-valve,analyzes the modeling of proportional servo-valve,and finally sets up the mathematical model of valve controlled 4-cylinder synchronous control system.
