东滩矿区离层发育的ADINA接触算法分析

【摘要】 覆岩采动离层空间的发育是实施离层注浆充填减沉技术的关键所在。依据覆岩离层产生的机理,利用ADINA有限元软件中有摩擦的接触分析和重启动分析技术,模拟分析了东滩煤层覆岩随工作面推进上方岩层的应力、位移规律及离层的产生、发展规律,采用离散单元节点拟和方法获得了覆岩离层量并与实际工程进行了对比。结果表明:ADINA接触单元能有效地模拟离层发育特征,各岩层的抗弯刚度的差异是引起覆岩离层的主要原因。

【Abstract】 The development of extracted bed-separation is the key to the bed-separtation grouting implement.In the paper,On the basis of bed-separation’s mechanism,the law for stress and displacement and production and development of bed separation with the advance of work face is explored by used of the contact algorithms with friction and restart technology of contact in the ADINA software in the Dongtan mine area,the discrete element amalgamation method is adopted to observe follow-rock separation volume and compared it with that of actual project.It is shown that the results reflect that the developmental characteristics of bed-separation can be effectively simulated by ADINA contact element,and the different bending rigidity is the main reason causing coal separation-layer.
