压缩空气在弯曲成形中的应用
The application of compressed air in bending deformation
【摘要】 针对弹片产品的要求与特点,解析了产品成形的可行性,采用压缩空气的压力来推动或复位钩形处所需的芯轴的结构,来代替传统的滑块与楔块机构。详细地比较3种压力流动方案的利弊,并且用简单模具验证,在连续模设计时选择了一种最优方案。该方案在压缩空气回路中气压稳定、结构新颖。
【Abstract】 According to the requirements and characteristics of the contact product,the feasibility of the its deformation was analyzed.A structure,in which compressed air was applied to push the core shaft used in contact deformation,was adopted instead of the traditional devices of sliding or wedge blocks.Three schemes of pressure flow were compared in detail and checked by simple dies.An optimal scheme was selected in designing of the progressive die.For this optimal scheme,air pressure kept steady in the compressed air loop and the structure was novel.
