【摘要】 针对Cr12MoV模具钢应用中的失效问题,结合Cr12MoV模具钢的特性,从锻造工艺、热处理工艺、线切割等模具生产中的主要环节,总结了Cr12MoV钢冲模制造工艺的主要问题和国内研究进展状况。分析了各生产环节中工艺参数变化对Cr12MoV钢的开裂、碳化物大小和分布、基体组织与性能的变化和影响因素,概述了各环节中应采取的应对措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 As Cr12MoV steel used for stamping dies may have failure problem,this article focused on summarizing the main problems of stamping die manufacturing process from aspects of forging technology,heat treatment technology and WEDM.The research progress and development in China was also reviewed.The effects of process parameter variations on the fracture,the size and distribution of carbides,the matrix microstructure and performance were analyzed;and the influencing factors and some improving measures for Cr12MoV steel die making were studied as well.更多还原
