筒形件极限拉深系数的优化
Optimization of limit drawing ratio of cylinder part
【摘要】 基于筒形件拉深过程中危险断面的最大拉应力公式,建立了合理的数学模型,利用复合形法对筒形件极限拉深系数进行了优化,可提高拉深件的成形极限,减少拉深次数,对冲压生产与模具设计具有重要参考价值。
【Abstract】 A reasonable mathematical model was developed based on an equation for estimating the maximum tensile stress of dangerous cross section in the deep drawing of a cylinder part.An optimization design for the limit drawing ratio was performed using the complex method.The method can enhance the forming limit of the part and reduce the drawing times.
