电石渣和NaClO催化氧化含硫废水的研究

【摘要】 研究了采用电石渣作催化剂、NaClO和空气作混合氧化剂,催化氧化废水中的硫化物,讨论了各种因素对硫化物去除率的影响。结果表明,在30℃、NaClO起始浓度0.5mol/L、空气流量0.4 L/min、反应时间5h、电石渣用量6%的条件下,能有效地催化氧化废水中的硫化物,硫化物的去除率可达97.6%左右。该法无二次污染,可用于预处理焦化、PVC和制革等行业含硫工业废水。

【Abstract】 Carbide lime used as catalyst,NaClO and air as mixed oxidizer in the oxidation of sulfide in the wastewater was studied.Various influence factors on the removal rate of sulfide were discussed.The experimental results show that the sulfide in the wastewater can be efficiently catalyzed and oxidized by NaClO and O2 in the air,under the conditions of 30℃,initial NaClO concentration of 0.5mol/L,air flow of 0.4L/min,reaction time in 5h,carbide lime dosage in 6%,and the removal rate of sulfide can be about 97.6%.The method does not cause any secondary pollution,and can pre-treat the industrial wastewater containing sulfide in coking,PVC,tanning industries,etc.
