【摘要】 改革开放以来,河南民营企业得到了飞速发展,但较之经济发达省份,河南省民营企业还很脆弱。影响河南民营企业发展的因素在当前金融危机环境下越发凸显其负面影响。这些因素主要有企业内部技术创新能力、经营管理能力、企业外部的政策支持能力以及资金支持能力。为此,应树立全方位创新理念,提高民营企业的技术创新能力;进行规范化管理,提高民营企业的经营管理能力;给予"国民"待遇,提升对民营企业的政策支持能力;拓宽融资渠道,提升对民营企业的资金支持能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Private enterprises in Henan have got rapid development since the reform and opening,but still lag behind compared with other developed provinces.In the circumstance of financial crisis,factors,including technical innovation ability and the management ability internally,together with externally governmental supporting policies and capital support ability,have shown more visible negative impacts on the development of private enterprises in Henan.Therefore,the approaches to promote private enterprises in Henan should involve establishing all-round innovational concepts to improve the innovation ability,standardizing management,giving equal opportunity by governmental supporting policy and expanding financing ways.更多还原
