【摘要】 为了提高竹节纱府绸的布面风格,使竹节在布面上分布合理,对竹节纱府绸的织前准备及织造工艺参数进行了优化。通过分析生产难点,确定了竹节纱与非竹节纱分别单独整经的方式,浆纱工序重点控制浆纱张力,将其偏小掌握,压浆力采用中高压浆力,织造工序应用喷气织机,针对纬长丝生产时存在的问题及竹节纱的特点,对开口时间、上机张力及后梁高度等工艺参数进行了调整。采取优化工艺进行生产后,保证了生产的顺利进行,提高了竹节织物的布面外观效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 To increase slub yarn poplin surface style and make slub distribution on cloth surface rationally,slub yarn poplin pre-weaving preparation and weaving processing parameter were optimized.Through analysing production difficulties,slub yarn and other yarn were warped respectively,tension should be less in sizing process,squeezing pressure should be medium or larger,air-jet loom were used in weaving process.Shed timing,loom tension and back beam position et al parameter were adjusted according to problems in producing weft filament and slub yarn property.After adopting optimal processing production could be ensured and slub fabric surface quality could be improved.更多还原
