喷气织机凸轮开口机构的改造及使用效果
Modification and Using Effect of Air Jet Loom Cam Shedding Mechanism
【摘要】 为了评定喷气织机消极式凸轮开口机构改造成积极式凸轮开口机构后对织机工艺性能的影响,对比分析了ZAX-e型喷气织机消极式凸轮开口机构改装前后织机的工艺性能。对织机改装前后的织机效率、停台数、耗电量、品种范围等方面进行了测试比较。结果表明,改装后的积极式凸轮开口机构在织造厚重织物时优于消极式,效率高、耗电量小。
【Abstract】 Effect of loom processing property by modifying air jet loom negative cam shedding mechanism to positive cam shedding mechanism was assessed.ZAX-e air jet loom processing property was contrasted and analysed before and after equipping positive cam shedding mechanism.Loom efficiency,loom stop number,power-consumption,product range et al were tested and contrasted before and after installation.The result shows that after modification effect of positive cam shedding mechanism is better than that of negative when weaving heavy fabric,efficiency is higher and power-consumption is less.
