酯基结构对聚丙烯酸酯混合浆性能的影响
Effect of Acrylate Unit on Property of Polyacrylate & Starch Blend Size Mixture
【摘要】 研究酯基结构对聚丙烯酸酯与淀粉混合浆浆纱性能的影响。通过浆纱试验,对浆纱增强率、耐磨性及毛羽降低率等指标进行了测试。结果表明,丙烯酸酯的酯基结构及聚丙烯酸酯的用量对聚丙烯酸酯/淀粉的浆纱性能均有显著影响。不论丙烯酸酯是否含有α-甲基,随着丙烯酸酯酯基碳原子的增加,浆纱的增强率、耐磨性和毛羽降低率均显著增大;聚丙烯酸酯浆料结构单元中α-甲基的存在不利于改善共混浆料的浆纱性能。聚丙烯酸酯浆料与淀粉共混用于涤/棉经纱上浆时,聚丙烯酸酯浆料的用量以不大于20%为宜。
【Abstract】 Effect of acrylate unit on property of polyacrylate & starch blend size mixture was investigated.Through sizing test the property of yarn sized were evaluated in terms of the strength increasing rate,abrasion resistance and hairiness decreasing rate.The result shows that the property of yarn sized are strongly affected by the chemical structure of acrylate and the amount of polyacrylate.The strength increasing rate,abrasion resistance and hairiness decreasing rate are enhanced distinctly with the increase of carbon atom number of alkyl ester side chains of acrylates,whether or not it is acrylate or methacrylate.The property of yarn sized by polyacrylate size mixture with α-methyl was worse than those of polyacrylate size mixture without α-methyl.A favorable amount of polyacrylate size mixture in polyacrylate & starch blend size mixture in sizing polyester cotton blended yarn is found to be less than 20%.
